Canada Customers: Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges on international orders, but we do accept returns.

Sales / Promotions Price Adjustment: We’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotion, sales, or discounts. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated nor after the promotion has finished.

Third Party Retailers and Stockists: We’re unable to process returns, exchanges, or price adjustments for merchandise purchased from third party retailers that sell Sela+Sage jewelry. 

Sela + Sage offers returns and exchanges within 30 days of your item's delivery.

Your refund will be applied to original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.

Return + Exchange Policy Details:
We gladly accept like-new product for return or exchange as long as it is shipped back and received within 30 days of the order being delivered.
Please note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For Exchanges:
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, your exchanged item will ship back free.
For Returns:
The return shipping  cost is the responsibility of the customer.
