Necklaces: Lengths are very individual and can vary on each customer.  All Sela+Sage necklaces (other than collars) are adjustable 16-18" to allow for our customers to wear whatever length suits them best.

 Rings:  Sizing is included in the details section of each listing. Most Sela+Sage rings are adjustable so you can fit your ring to your ideal finger. 

We only source and use high quality metals so our jewelry will last (and wear like it's much more expensive than it is!)

STERLING SILVER:  We use solid (and certified) .925 sterling silver in our silver designs. Sterling Silver is a classic metal alloy that is durable, lightweight, and considered a "forever" metal.

14K GOLD FILLED:  Gold filled metal wears like solid 14k gold and is just as durable. For this metal, a thick layer of solid 14k gold is pressure bonded to a base metal core (jewelers brass). Gold filled is not plated or "dipped" and, with proper care, will last as long as solid 14k gold. Gold-filled pieces can still tarnish, but it takes special circumstances for that to happen.

The quartz pendant is known to have healing properties and was once believed to be an eternal ice sent by the gods to earth. 

An Isis (Goddess) crystal point has 5-sides and considered a primary goddess stone.  This quartz crystal is designer quality, meticulously cut and hand polished.
